This is the question the Bombe Calde Corp. asked itself before trying to describe the humble beginnings of their up and coming company.  If you mix that passion with hard work, diligence, and constant determination, you can make anything come to life.  The star product, the traditional Italian pastry known as Bombe Calde, which, as the name states in Italian, is served hot, either plain or with an assortment of fillings.  Italy's hottest morning and night time treat has finally made its way to North America!  Since our launch in 2006 we have been winning over hearts all over Toronto, Ontario, and have been featured on Rogers Television's 'York Region Dining' and 'Daytime York Region' under our operating cafe' Espresso Expresso.  In the past 3 years the Bomba has become a special item on the most upscale restaurant Menus, from San Francisco to New York City!
